Trying to get six busy cosmetic surgeons together for an evening photo shoot was proving to be a little tricky. The solution - one session with a group of five, then the remaining surgeon a week later, making sure we'd left enough space for him. We're often asked to retouch elements of the pictures we take, removing the odd blemish here and there, changing the colour of a product or, as in this case, adding in a whole person!
